Sessions
I practice relational psychodynamic therapy, which explores the deeper patterns shaping how we relate to ourselves and others. It is less about a quick fix and more about meaningful, sustained change. I draw from other modalities, such as DBT and CBT, as needed.
In my experience, the depth of this work can loosen the grip of unfulfilling patterns, allowing for greater choice, agency and the ability to move forward more freely.
